2. Subscription Plans

2.1 Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, depending on the plan you select.
  • Payments will be automatically charged to the payment method you provide at the start of your subscription.

2.2 Changes to Plans

  • You may upgrade or downgrade your plan through your client portal. Changes will be prorated and reflected in your next billing cycle.

2.3 Cancellations

  • Subscriptions may be canceled at any time through the client portal. However, cancellations will not result in refunds for the current billing period.

3. Client Responsibility for Website Content

  • Clients are solely responsible for all content provided for use on their website, including but not limited to text, images, videos, and other media.
  • Clients warrant that all content complies with applicable laws, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, copyright, and privacy regulations.
  • Collision Websites is not liable for any claims, damages, or legal actions resulting from the content on client websites.

4. Website Content and Edits

4.1 Basic Edits

  • Basic edits are defined as minor text, image, or page updates that do not exceed 30 minutes per edit and are included in the scope outlined in your subscription tier.
  • Requests for edits beyond the defined scope may incur additional charges.

4.2 Content Ownership

  • You retain ownership of all content provided to us for use on your website. However, you grant us permission to use this content for the purpose of fulfilling our services.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • Collision Websites shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the website or services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
  • While we take reasonable precautions to protect websites, we are not responsible for third-party service failures, malicious attacks, or other unforeseen issues.

6. Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Collision Websites, its affiliates, and employees from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or in connection with their use of our services, including but not limited to:

  • Website content provided by the client.
  • Intellectual property infringement claims.
  • Misuse or unauthorized use of the website.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • Collision Websites provides its services “as is” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
  • We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results, including search engine rankings or uninterrupted service.

8. Termination of Services

Collision Websites reserves the right to suspend or terminate services at any time, with or without notice, for non-payment, breach of these Terms, or any other reason deemed appropriate by us.


9. Intellectual Property Ownership

  • Unless otherwise agreed upon, Collision Websites retains ownership of any custom code, themes, or plugins provided as part of the service.
  • Clients retain ownership of all content they provide.
  • Upon termination of services, any proprietary materials owned by Collision Websites must be removed unless a separate licensing agreement is in place.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Oklahoma.
